Job Description
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and supervising service department operations
- Managing the team of technicians (scheduling, performance, coaching)
- Monitoring repairs and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborating closely with the parts and sales departments
- Maintaining a safe and structured work environment
- Management experience (ideally in agricultural or mechanical environment)
- Strong mechanical knowledge (major asset)
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computer systems
