Job Description

  • Manage daily service department workflow and scheduling

  • Oversee the performance and productivity of foremen, lead hands, service writers, and technicians

  • Ensure company policies, reporting practices, and operational standards are followed

  • Develop and manage the service department budget to meet operational and financial goals

  • Prepare quotes for customer work orders and oversee the opening and closing of work orders

  • Inspect and operate customer equipment as part of troubleshooting and diagnostics when required

  • Monitor monthly service revenue and expenses and adjust operations to maintain profitability
