Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure service quality standards are consistently met across operations
- Monitor and improve the reliability of wired, e-tool, and downhole systems
- Lead failure investigations, including root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Support field teams with job planning, tool readiness, and post-job performance analysis
- Track service quality KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance tool performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation related to failures, maintenance, and service quality processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process development
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within drilling technology
