You are skilled in coordinating daily service activities, coaching staff, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Lead and champion a healthy and safe work environment ensuring all safety standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and followed. Participate in daily review and update meetings, scheduled pre‑job, mid‑job, and post‑job reviews; ensure compliance with NSC, conduct truck inspections, track required repairs and maintenance, and monitor technicians for hours of service compliance and proper load securement.
