POSITION SUMMARY
This position will support the products during their life cycle, transfer the lesson learned collected in field.
The role requires intensive communication with the Product Line engineering and offering team. He/she will work with several stakeholders to capture high level requirements; feedback from other groups; acceptance criteria with the purpose of translating all of them into clear and executable test cases for the team.
Verify and ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce technical documentation for the region (LATAM) in accordance with the Product Line direction.
- Coordinate the activities in the region and provide necessary documentation to support the CO process.
