Working Location: Dona Francisca Street, number 8300, complement block O3, ZIP , North industrial district, Joinville, Santa Catarina, BrazilResponsibility:1.Provide on spot injection machine failures diagnose and troubleshooting (Define problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide possible solution) and carry out machine corrective heavior such as parts replacements，software updates or electrical connection，ect.; 2.Provide injection molding machines setup and commissioning at clients’ plants; 3. Install or repair auxilarieis，such as linear robot, hopper dryer, auto-load, chiller, and related software, and control systems.; 4. Provide promptremote diagnose and service solution for machine service via via phone, email or instant message app. And keep a service record; 5.Provide customer training for operation and mantainence; 6.Provide after-sales service and technical training for customers and agents, including but not limited to equipment safety, operat...
