Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, FSM, EAM)
• Develop workflows and business rules using Flow Designer
• Build and maintain service catalogs and order guides
• Support integrations with REST, SOAP, and JDBC
• Create reports and dashboards for performance analytics
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, FSM, and EAM modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
