Role Overview
We’re currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSM) to support the design and delivery of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and transforming customer experience journeys across onboarding, payments, claims, underwriting, and customer management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements.
