In this role, you will:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions using an OOTB‑first approach
- Improve and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
- Support CSDM alignment across service models and service portfolios
- Build and enhance custom applications, flows, UI policies, and automations
- Develop and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server
- Enable and support AI features in accordance with governance and security standards
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
