The Work
The ServiceNow Engineer will be part of Equitable Bank’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. Primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations. The role involves production support, development, testing, and documentation of solutions. You will triage and resolve service requests, changes, incidents, and problems, and keep business units informed on issue status.
