Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the Workforce Solutions Market Finance team focused on Latin America. The role involves developing and growing market linkage strategies to enable profitable adoption of the HP Managed Services space, with a special focus on insights and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial and commercial aspects of multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar Workforce Solutions deals, ensuring they meet profit objectives and comply with agreed financial terms and conditions.
- Emphasize revenue maximization, cost reduction, margin improvement, and financial/commercial risk mitigation through cross‑functional leadership and coordination with pursuit teams, opportunity consultants, client managers, delivery leads, and market business & finance teams.
