**Job Summary**
This position will provide support in areas such as collections, customer service, research and loan delivery. Also responsible for assisting investors with any interim servicing related issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming phone calls from borrowers, Title Companies, Correspondents, Attorney’s offices, originating banks, etc. in a timely manner, addressing the callers’ concerns and following through with a call back if the issue needs further research.
- Generate and send out Hello Letters on newly purchased loans, as necessary.
- Generate and send out Insurance Letters on newly purchased loans, as necessary.
- Research daily/monthly sub servicer reporting to assure PMI/Taxes/Insurance is being paid timely on es...
