Lead the shoe department on Bloor St., focusing on achieving sales goals and developing a loyal clientele through exceptional in‑store and online service. The role emphasizes product knowledge, team development, and representing luxury footwear brands. This is a full‑time, permanent retail position responsible for driving department performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to achieve sales targets within the shoe department.
- Promote the footwear collection and reinforce lifestyle brand positioning.
- Deliver personal sales and holistic selling to build repeat clientele.
- Provide product knowledge training to advisors and develop brand image and taste level.
- Coordinate with buying and visual teams to ensure appropriate inventory and brand presentation.
- Participate in and coordinate trunk shows and special events.
