Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive store experience. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order new products, conduct regular inventory checks, and minimize stock shrinkage. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and complies with the companys merchandising standards. Financial Management: Manage the store budget, handle cash transactions, track expenses, and submit financial reports. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
