The World Bank, through the Partnership for Market Implementation (PMI), is supporting the Government of Brazil in implementing the national Emissions Trading System (SBCE) by providing technical assistance to develop a credible and robust MRVA framework.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support preparation for, facilitation, and consolidation of outcomes of sector-level technical workshops on MRV methodologies applicable to priority sectors (steel, mining, oil & gas, power, and civil aviation). This includes preparing workshop concept notes, agendas, sector-specific briefing papers and post-workshop summary reports, and participation in workshops by assisting with technical facilitation and note-taking.
