In this role you will bring some great experience from your 3 + years in a retail merchandising environment, and it will be even more amazing if you have worked in the UK furniture and homewares market. This is an exciting new opportunity to join our beautiful new showroom, developing your sales team and taking real pride in our beautiful furnishings brand.
You will be used to working side by side with dynamic and ambitious colleagues building sales performance to maximise sales and profitability.
Whilst selling is definitely your thing, leading and managing people are too. You will understand the value of great coaching and mentoring, providing opportunities for individual growth and managing the performance of your team to enable them to be the very best they can be.
