Passionate about safety and risk management? Help create a safe and successful festival experience for thousands as our Showtime Safety & Compliance Facilitator. This full-time, temporary position works from June 22 to July 31 on the festival site near Salmo, BC.
The Showtime Safety and Compliance Facilitator helps oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs at Shambhala Music Festival, ensuring a safe work environment throughout the festival’s planning, execution, and teardown phases. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance with safety protocols to uphold the festival’s high safety standards and align with industry best practices. The facilitator proactively identifies and mitigates risks before and during the event, fostering a strong safety culture while protecting the well-being of crew, artists, and guests.
