We are seeking a Site Assistant to join our Construction team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands on, working outdoors, and learning the full lifecycle of residential construction. As a Site Assistant, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure homes are built safely, efficiently, and to Akash standards. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day site operations, maintaining site standards, and helping ensure homes progress smoothly through each stage of construction.
