Site Engineer – Building Works
📍 Location: Mon, Nagaland
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute building construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage contractors, labour teams, and site resources.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management.
- Handle quantity measurements and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with consultants and client representatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E. Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to manage site execution independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
