Site Manager / Construction Supervisor (Industrial Relocation Project)
Location: Red Oak, Texas (USA) & Querétaro, Mexico.
Project-based, ~5–6 weeks (Mid-July to Mid-August).
Looking for a hands‐on leader with experience in industrial equipment relocation and installation.
This is a fast‐paced, high‐visibility project supporting the transfer of a precision production line (laser equipment) from the U. S. to Mexico within an advanced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Phase 1 – USA (Red Oak, TX)
Supervise supplier activities for equipment dismantling & validation.
Ensure technical readiness and EHS compliance prior to shipment.
Coordinate closely with engineering teams.
Phase 2 – Relocation
Oversee logistics provider (packing, loading, inventory control).
Validate packing lists, documentation, and traceability.
Support border operations and customs contingencies.
