Sitecore Support Engineer Requirements
Must to have experience:
- Support Engineer with experience in operating and supporting cloud native
- Microservices based applications using Sitecore XM Cloud
- Vercel
- .NET Core
- Strong background in C#, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud data and integration services such as AppSync and DocumentDB.
- Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end application issues, validating deployments, monitoring system health, and performing proactive maintenance, with working knowledge of Angular for frontend support and collaboration.
- Incident resolution and root cause analysis across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Service request fulfillment and application configuration support
