Job Description
This is not a social media manager role. It's not a content writer role. It's a hybrid:
- Thinking - deciding what topics and angles are worth communicating
- Producing - creating video content and appearing on camera
- Engaging - actively participating in discussions across communities
- Supervising - reviewing and aligning all content before it goes out
You'll both create content yourself (especially video) and coordinate content created by others - including AI-generated drafts and team contributions. You own the outcome, not just your own output.
This role focuses exclusively on social media and community communication. It does not own PR, company-wide messaging strategy, or employee advocacy programs.
