Job Description
The Social Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of social media across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. This role is highly detail-oriented and plays a critical part in bringing content calendars to life, managing posting, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
What will I be doing?
Content Execution & Posting
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Ensure all content is formatted correctly (captions, tags, links, cover images)
- Maintain and update social calendars in tools like Monday or similar
Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content daily
- Respond to community engagement in brand voice and tone
- Flag customer service issues or sensitive comments to the team
