EllisDon is seeking a Software Solutions Specialist to lead the evaluation and management of third‑party software solutions across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end software evaluation, collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliance.
- Act as central point of contact for software matters, maintaining the ServiceNow Software Catalog and CMDB.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best‑fit solutions.
- Champion standardized, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Prepare and present business cases, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
- Provide guidance, onboarding, and issue resolution during implementation.
