Role
The ideal candidate for the Solutions Architect position will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, a general knowledge of Data 360 and CRM, and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to clients. As the project solutions lead, the Solutions Architect is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements for the project team and executing tasks related to configuration, development, and validation. They ensure the quality and integrity of the overall solution throughout the project lifecycle.
