Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end merchant journey – from pre-sales to go-live and beyond
- Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to merchant needs
- Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get merchants live fast
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on performance, UX, and global payment strategies
- Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and merchant experience
- Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing)
- Work closely with Product to ensure we are building for scale while solving merchant problems
- Have a product mindset – be ready to build from scratch and automate processes
