Job Description
As the Solutions Manager, you will be the solutions lead for our project bidding and key member of our product strategy. You will manage a specialized team of four to evaluate electronic security hardware/software, conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) testing, and architect high-value integrated solutions.
This role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and project excellence, ensuring our systems—from enterprise CCTV, Access Control, Alarms to AI-powered analytics—are innovative, cost-effective, and operationally robust.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Bidding: Lead the design phase for large-scale security tenders in Singapore. Translate complex client requirements into technical designs, ensuring compatibility across VMS, hardware, and network infrastructure.
