Responsibilities

  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff (5‑10 people).
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • Prepare meals or specialty foods.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Own transportation.
  • Familiar with fast‑paced environments, work under pressure, tight deadlines.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform demanding tasks.
