Responsibilities Prepare South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner items Cook dishes like idli, dosa, pongal, sambar, chutney, meals, etc. Maintain taste, quality, and hygiene standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness and proper food storage Check raw materials and avoid wastage Follow company food safety rules Requirements Experience as a South Indian Cook Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine Ability to work in a team Maintain cleanliness and discipline Flexible to work in shifts Qualification Minimum: Any qualification Experience in hotel/canteen/catering preferred Skills Cooking skills Time management Hygiene maintenance Teamwork Salary Salary negotiable based on experience.
