Hours available: 72hours (2.0 WTE)
Location: Pharmacy Team, Aberdeen City HSCP.
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has an exciting opportunity for pharmacists with a background in primary care, community or hospital pharmacy to become part of the primary care pharmacy team in Aberdeen. The successful candidates will join our team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and be key to the ongoing provision and innovation of the pharmacotherapy service across Aberdeen City.
We have a total of 2 whole time equivalent vacancies, however, part-time may be considered with a minimum of 21.6 hour per week.
With support from more senior pharmacists, the post holder will work as a pharmacist across GP practice(s) covering all aspects of medicines management and pharmacotherapy to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective ...
