MUST provide one of the following certificate options below:
- Teacher of the Handicapped certificate
- Elementary School Teacher certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities
- Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-5 certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate
- NJ content area instructional certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities
