Understand and architect the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Collaborate with customer's end users and IT teams to develop and deploy the best solution.

- Pushing the agenda of continuous improvement in the workflow of the development area Independently and/or via leading a team of developers deliver high quality code using Agile Scrum development practices.

- Lead multiple development projects simultaneously from design through to production.
