This role supports Cencora’s global logistics and storage services marketed through World Courier.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions in line with the best interest of the client.
- Deal directly with clients, drivers, customs, and other stakeholders across the logistics chain.
- Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier’s extensive network of offices.
- Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.
Education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care and a high school diploma.
Work Experience
- Potential for travel to multiple destinations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
