As a Change Management Practitioner, you will structure and drive change strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation projects within an industrial environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to guide people through change, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and strengthen engagement at all levels—from shop floor to leadership. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, organizational readiness, and the long‑term success of strategic initiatives impacting the reliability and evolution of energy systems.
