Document Processing & Layout Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal (hybrid). Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (according to experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Create documents via typing, transcription, scanning
- Edit and format: style conversion, indexing
- Ensure internal client satisfaction (lawyers and legal assistants)
- Participate in special projects (software implementation and process improvement)
Education & Experience
- Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office certification is an asset
