Job Description
- Managing and driving the OEM, Renewables, Oil&Gas business segments and lead the team
- Developing relationships with existing and potential customers and maximising sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinating the entire sales chain and preparing action plans to achieve sales targets in line with the plan (sales turnover / profitability / payment terms)
- Monitoring the market and competitors, gathering information about competitors and products in new markets and channels, enabling new formations in these markets
- Monitoring receivables and credit risk
- Ensuring the flow of information between customers
- Solving problems with technical, logistical and financial assistance for identified customers, providing consultancy when necessary
- Working in coordination and harmony with other departments, making customer visits and determining customer needs and producing solutions
