Job Description
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting‑Finance
- 2 years of experience in General Accounting and Account Reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) (PLUS)
- Location: Mexico City – Polanco
About the job:
- Perform high‑volume transactional processes within the EMEAI Regional Services Center
- Daily monitoring of outstanding items in reconciliation systems
- Create journal vouchers and resolve issues related to deposits, checks, and memos
- Prepare and upload accurate bank and account reconciliations into OneStream
- Support month‑end close activities and liaise with GL Accountants and Finance Managers
