**Job Summary**
- Lead the implementation of new analytics projects, programs, & studies with the goal of advancing HR analytical capability.
- Conduct ongoing analysis across markets and companies to provide root cause analysis, risks, opportunities insights.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using wide variety of data sources to identify key issues, trends and provide recommendations that support workforce strategies and human capital decisions.
- Implement methodologies that leveraging best practices from Americas markets, other Nissan locations, and/or external research to increase analytical capability.
- Manage the delivery of regional solutions, including data accuracy, testing/validation, maintenance, and enhancements to tool and dashboard functionality
