**Assignment Description**
- Oversee the Application Management service within given domain(s) and ensure stable and uninterrupted service for the business
- Manage day to day relation with relevant service providers
- Ensure SLA/KPI are met and that operation procedures are in place
- Active participate in domain(s) to evolve services
- Ensure proper Handover is being performed by projects

- Documentation, ITSM is updated
