RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Process daily report from Oracle to create electronic invoices for all costumers.
- Ensure all electronic invoices are created according to the tax authorities requirements.
- Ensure all invoices created include custom information (pedimento number).
- Review all custom document related to export invoices and ensure that all products had been exported out of México by the customer on time.
- Ensure all electronic invoices and POD in customer web site for validation are accepted to be able to receipt the customer payment.
