**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Tier 2 Payroll Sr.
Associate is part of the HR Delivery Center and play a key role in the payroll of the region and is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, ensuring timely processing and compliance to standard payroll processes of assigned account/s.
S/he will perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing and general customer service.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process payroll end-to-end process (including multiple pay cycles)
- Ensure payroll processes for new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation and benefit payouts are executed promptly, accurately and in compliance with country statutory regulations and company policies.
- Ensure data from Workday and non-Workday data is collated and transferred to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV)
