Overview Senior Director- Real Estate Investments
is responsible for sourcing and executing property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, and assisting with asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with internal subject‑matter experts, senior executives, external property owners, developers, joint‑venture partners, brokers, appraisers, legal and other consultants.
Conduct valuation modeling, financial pro‑forma analysis, and review third‑party environmental, structural, development, appraisal, and feasibility reports.
Present findings and proposals with strong communication skills.
Prepare regular and deal‑specific reports and submissions to Chartwell’s senior executives, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors.
Develop and implement strategies for growth in Western Canada, focusing on acquisition of existing senior housing residences and partnership development of new projects.
