Overview
Lead the end-to-end finance responsibilities for LEGO Americas Manufacturing. Partner with the Americas Leadership Team to drive short- and long-term financial and operational execution, owning finance business partnering for manufacturing across the region, including oversight of financial activities at the Monterrey and Virginia factories.
Core Responsibilities- Finance Business Partnering : Act as a strategic partner across the three manufacturing sites, providing financial insights and support to drive business decisions.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with key partners to understand their financial needs and challenges.
