Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and design work for Berling drilling campaign
- Perform drilling engineering services in the well project to accomplish the established objectives and plans
- Part of Operations Team (OP Team) during Drilling Operation
- Collaborate with subsurface to finalize drilling concepts and main drilling program
- Key contributor for well cost, ensuring timely and budgeted drilling operation
- Core tasks: Well path design (Compass), Casing Design (WellCAT), Directional drilling and wellbore positioning equipment, Material technology, Downhole understanding, Logging, Rock mechanics, Capping and containment, Pore pressure and wellbore stability, Well Integrity, Well incident and blowout preparedness, Well control equipment and systems, Kick tolerance software, Fluids, Cementing, Wellbore cleanup, Torque/drag/hydraulics (Wellplan), Risk management, and Time and cost estimation (deterministic and...
