Job Description

**What's the role?**:
The Sr HR Business Partner designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Main Responsabilities
Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level
Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change)...
