Job Description
Payroll Administration (Immediate Focus)- Collect, verify, and process employee payroll data (e.g., hours worked, overtime, bonuses, deductions).
- Ensure accurate calculation of gross/net pay, benefits, severance, and tax withholdings.
- Partner with Finance and third-party providers to ensure timely payment execution and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll data integrity across Workday and vendor systems.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal stakeholders and legal compliance requirements.
- Support employee payroll inquiries and corrections through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Review, validate, and process monthly FONACOT statements for payment.
- Review, validate, and submit monthly Payroll Tax (ISN) declarations across different states for payment.
