Manage and develop a growing project planning organizationIn this role, you will develop a team of project planners, ensuring high planning standards across tenders and projects while embedding NKT’s leadership principles. Improvements in tools and processes are implemented, ensuring high‑quality planning deliverables. In addition, you coach your team, balance workloads and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to elevate planning performance across the organization.
