**Job Description Summary**: The Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence coordinates and monitor all Change-to-Win and Continuous Improvement activities, including owning the Change-to-Win and CI processes throughout the site. Lead and communicate with all stakeholders’ cross-functionally in resourcing, executing, project management, performance reporting and decision-making process. Lead and train site on all existing and new CI methodologies and best practices.
As a core member of Site Leadership and the Operational Excellence team, this Sr. Manager will drive OpEx deployment at the plant. This individual should be a strong team player with highly developed communication and presentation skills. This position reports to the Plant Manager with dotted collaborating with the GBU/Region OpEx Lead.
