Description and Requirements

The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the daily production plan, meeting operational KPIs, and managing resources effectively to maintain manufacturing capability and continuity. This role provides leadership on the production floor, drives performance, and ensures operational excellence through strong coordination, problem‑solving, and team development.}Key Responsibilities:

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production plans are met according to schedule, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, scrap, safety, and on‑time delivery.
