As an AM Sales Excellence Specialist you will drive sales processes, sales programs, quota deployment and incentive support along with technology implementation that will accelerate revenue growth and set the organization up for rapid expansion. You will be responsible for creating and managing processes and automations which will allow the sales team to work at maximum efficiency while providing the leadership team with a clear view of the sales performance of the SBU and data to make informed sales and commercial decisions.
The AM Sales Excellence Specialist will closely interact with ESS and AM Commercial Excellence organizations to ensure alignment and coordination of initiatives, as well as consistency in reporting. ...
